We’re hiring a virtual assistant who can help us more effectively and efficiently manage various projects, keep a pulse on deadlines, ensure all deliverables and objectives are being met for clients, regularly check in with the founders to take initiative on any outstanding tasks, and have the confidence and resourcefulness to say “I have this handled!”
Our company mission creates space for our clients to focus on their zone of genius while simultaneously empowering others to invest in their future and say ‘YES’ to themselves. The YES & Co. is a boutique sales agency that conducts sales calls for online businesses that have high ticket offers and provides support and expertise for all aspects of a sales funnel.
As the founders of the business, we can serve at our highest level by focusing on in-depth relationships with our existing clients, our team, and by building relationships and connections with potential future clients.
Thus, our time is currently being spent in too many directions and shifting us away from building those relationships to focus on growth and scaling (and that’s because we need YOU to help us)!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Routinely check-in with the founders to discuss any upcoming deadlines

Upload client contracts into signature software and ensure contracts are signed

Collect onboarding information from new Client Success Managers and sent to clients
-
Send invoices to clients for retainers and monthly commissions
-
Send gifts to clients as appropriate (holidays, launches, celebrations)

Create standard operating procedures for existing processes in the business

Format company & training assets (using templates) to fit The YES & Co. branding to be used as client-facing materials

Maintain integrity and client confidence

Understand the niche and offers of each client to have a pulse on everyone we are supporting

Organize inbox and incoming emails
-
Recognize process improvements and implement new business systems to increase team’s efficiency
-
Create social media content (using templates) and fully manage our company’s Instagram
-
Other tasks as needed to support the founders and the mission of our company

JOB DETAILS:

Part-time, independent contractor position
-
Work is virtual and you’ll use your own computer. Reliable computer and internet connection is essential.

5-10 hours per week with opportunities for increased hours
-
Hours are flexible, but must have some time available in the week during business hours (9-5) to attend any relevant team Zoom calls

$20/hour with opportunities for pay increases
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Task management skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges, and questions

Detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to shift priorities

Accept direction well. Must be able to troubleshoot, think/act immediately and independently

Care deeply about your work, team members, clients, and the wellbeing of the company

Forward thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

Desire to commit to this role long-term (2+ years)

Google Workspace (primarily Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, & Google Forms)

Other tools used (no experience required): Zoom, Asana, Slack, Freshbooks, and Kajabi
